WebPolitics offers a Post Launch Support options as we are always interested in establishing ongoing win-win relationship with our clients.
Post Launch Technical Support is a continuous process of improving and supporting the campaign website to keep it working and up-to-date. Our standard support package includes the following elements:
a) Joomla/WordPress version upgrades
New versions of software platforms we use are released quite frequently. New versions typically contain bug fixes, security enhancements, and new useful features. As part of the service, WebPolitics will schedule and install the new versions.
b) Monthly website availability & performance audits
It’s crucial to know that your website is always available for customers and works as fast as it possible. We do up-time and performance monitoring of your website and analyze it’s behavior. WebPolitics experts track and analyze found issues and provide recommendations for making website work faster and more stable. What we do is:
- Availability monitoring.
- Server resources usage monitoring.
- Response time monitoring.
- Errors analysis.
- Performance analysis and improvements recommendations.
c) Reserved support per month (hours)
We reserve 15 hours of work for you every month. These hours may be allocated to the following:
- Usage issues: help in “how to use” questions for this or that feature;
- Basic configuration issues: help in administration issues;
- Development of small features: front-end, back-end, changes, extensions installation, testing/analysis requests, etc;
Cost
The cost of the Post Launch Technical Support package varies between is a flat fee of $200 and $500/month. The package can be customized for the individual needs of the client. Note: Technical support is always available at the hourly rate of $65/hour.
